Upload your audio files for Transcription |
ScriptoSphere makes it very easy for you to upload your audio or video files for transcription. Unfortunately we do not have the facility of directly uploading files on our website due to problems related to security in the past. But many file sending services on the web have made this process very easy. Following are the options through which you can send us your audio files to get transcribed:
SendThisFile: You can upload your files directly into the box below. It will be a secure transfer (128-bit SSL Encryption) via www.sendthisfile.com right to our email inbox. Please mention additionally your name, company name, any details about the sound file, how you want it transcribed etc. Upload today to get a quote:

If for some reason the above service doesn't work, you can choose from the following two options below or simply email us your audio file:
YouSendIt: You can visit their website at www.yousendit.com, and simply enter our email address service@scriptosphere.com, browse, select and upload your audio file (as long as the file size is under 100 MB), put some details regarding the file format, template if any, and your email address. Once the file reaches us, we will listen to it and get back to you with a quote ASAP, and then begin transcribing.
4Shared: If you would like a more personalized option, like a folder on the web where you can upload files, we have www.4shared.com. You can contact us via email first, we will give you an ID and password to login, and then you just have to upload your files. Once it is done, we will follow the same process of quoting and begin the transcription.
Apart from these three options, we are also online all day on Yahoo! Messenger and Gmail from 700 hrs (7:00 am) to 1600 hrs (4:00 pm) US Eastern Time. You can find us online and talk directly or even send us the file over the messenger and we can begin transcribing. Simply add scriptosphere on both the messengers. As easy as that!
